How To Send Your Hair

Use
Tracking

Please use tracking when you send your hair. UPS, Fedex, DHL, and Express Mail all have good tracking. Regular First Class mail does not have tracking.

Please Do Not Add Signature Requirement

We check our box everyday, but we’re not there all the time to sign for anything. In the event that we need to travel to pick up your order, a $45 travel fee will apply.

Use An Envelope or Small Box To Ship

Your hair will be delivered to a locked drop box, so it has to fit in the box. Letter-sized document envelopes, such as a UPS letter or Us Mail flat rate envelope work great.

Of Your Order

When you fill out the order form, you will get an email copy and an order number. Send a copy of your order with your hair.

If You Don't
Have A Printer...

If you don’t have a printer, just write your name, phone #, and ORDER # on a piece of paper and send it in with your hair.
